Umbrella Mental Health Network — network of queer trans-identified mental health professionals who work primarily in the LGBTQIA2S community; psychology and psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families in the LGBTQ+ community, as well as those with alternative lifestyles
MSW: Up to $150 individual, couples and family $175
Psychologist: $200 individual and $225 couple/family per session.
Limited sliding scale is offered.
Limited pro bono offered to BIPOC and Transfeminine people.
Brief intake with admin: what therapist you’d like, what kind of therapy, what needs would you like to address, etc.
They love informed clients!
E.g., anti-oppressive care, challenge on social issue.
Take notes in compliance with college while protecting privacy of clients
To meet the needs of client as indicated and expressed by client.
Standard informed consent
Address with therapist, then clinical director (Chris), report issue to respective college
Contact Umbrella, intake, assigned to therapist (maybe consultation based on need), go forward with therapy.

Clients are sent a contact form and informed consent before first session after initial contact
No direct billing, the UMNH is removed from the process of applying
