$150 a session for individuals, $200 for relationships per session; Free 20 minute consults; sliding scale offered for BIPOC starting at $75 for individuals and $100 for relationships.
Standard intake questions (nothing is required to be answered). Will ask about: any diagnosis, medication, recreational drug and alcohol use, (because it effects hormones and sex), suicide and self harm behaviour (safety in regards to triggers). No information is used to pathologize.
About their general style (active, problem solving,); What is your therapist’s philosophy of care? What are your politics and what are you doing about that? Do you believe in anti racism, how do you show up for that? In an emergency is the emergency contact first point of contact versus calling 911?
Standard procedure; if changes are made to the notes, the original notes can’t be removed, can only be amended.
Hope is that clients get some kind of “nugget” from every session. However client self assesses that they got what they came for. That clients get helpful support.

With new clients there is a 20 minute free phone consultation. Intake forms are filled out before the intake session, then intake session occurs. Relationship therapy intakes include individual intakes with each client and one conjoined intake with all clients involved.
